The Marion County Circuit Clerk's office is responsible for maintaining the records of the circuit court. Divorces, civil litigation, criminal crimes and various other functions. They provide administrative assistance to the Circuit Judge and oversee the day to day operations of the courts. Additionally, they administer driver licensing testing in conjunction with the Kentucky State Police.
